Excellent work from the installer (Uriah). Very professionally executed , tidied all rubbish , and took away. I am a really satisfied customer.
They were our contractors through Floors Direct to remove tile and install porcelain tile in approximately 700 sq. Ft.
I had purchase tile through Floors Direct. The first installer installed the tile poorly by not properly removing my previous tile correctly. Uriah’s team came on to remove the previous installers work, level my floor and install the new tile.
The entire job was filled with problems from a delay in receiving the tile to an extremely difficult floor to level. Uriah and his team came in with the upmost professional attitude. They were very knowledgeable, patient and worked very hard to get my floor perfect.
We really appreciated how he was honest with us regarding the previous installer and told us the problems and how he would do things differently.
He made me very comfortable in a very difficult situation. He not only installed the floor correctly, he even corrected some mistakes from the previous installer.
I intend to employ him for my painting in the house and refer him to my friends as well. He is an honest, hard worker with integrity.
